What is the format?

  • 6 sessions weekly online. Up to 1.5 hours per session.

  • We will meet Mondays, 5:30-7:00pm MST on 06/17, 07/01, 07/8, 07/15, 07/22, & 7/29 (no class June 24th).

  • Geared towards those who work in DEI spaces, higher education, nonprofits, and/or consultating, therapy, or coaching.

Build Intercultural Competence On Your Team

  • Enhance Intercultural Competence with the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®). The IDI is a premier cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competence used by individuals and organizations globally to achieve diversity and inclusion goals and outcomes. We offer Intercultural Competence Assessment Packages and related trainings for select individuals and/or teams.

  • This is a valuable baseline assessment and benchmarking tool for your organization. In-depth insights on how individuals and/or their team respond to cultural differences along a continuum of cross-cultural competence.
