Sarah Rimmel,

Founder

Sarah is an auntie, dreamer, hiker, and tea-drinker whose work is shaped by growing up biracial in a white household with a single parent navigating addiction. Living at the intersections of queer, woman, and biracial identities, her commitments to belonging, healing, and play run deep. She is especially drawn to inner child work, grief, creativity, burnout, liberatory leadership, intergenerational relationships, and building community.

Sarah holds a Master of Science in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Community Health, and over 15 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit organizations, and social justice advocacy.

She led a statewide research project on the needs of Colorado Diversity & Equity practitioners and is a founding member of ShopBIPOC.

Thank you supporters!

When I started, I felt the impossibility of it all. Now I feel rather accomplished that I was able to execute on as much as I did, and am in a place where my timeline is again mine and am excited for the new goals/challenges ahead. Sarah’s unquestionably responsive, user-centric approach provide actionable tools to navigate the overwhelming volume of work required of a founding Executive. Sarah helped me pause and appreciate what was going well, and learn somatic resources that can be easily implemented on the spot on a daily basis during difficult moments.
