registration open: Spring 2025 somatic Group
If you've been wanting some support, reassurance, and to lean into a sense of collective love during these times, this is for you. There's no time like this precious now to slow down, and to practice embodiment skills, focus on our own capacity, and normalize challenges people are facing. We will meet virtually starting March 26th to learn from each other about how we and our communities have found strength in challenging times and practice ways of moving with fear, actualizing on our goals, and holding our loving boundaries.
“Hmm. Should I invest in this myself?”
YES! I deeply wish for more of our workplaces and areas of society to encourage collective care and individual care.
In the meantime, what we can (and do have control over) is beginning to make shifts for ourselves what and where we can ——in the face of all the inner/outer beliefs and circumstances prioritizing other things.
One of my favorite messages is “We are the most ordinary miracle” and my heart longing is for more and more of us to say yes to ourselves.
